Cancellation Policy

Please Read Policy Before Booking. Please give a 24 hour cancelation notice prior to appointment so that an attempt can be made to fill your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result of a fee in of 50% of the cost of your appointment. Reschedules will not be permitted for no call no shows or cancellations after the start of your appointment unless missed appointment is paid in full. There is a 10 minute grace period before appointments are canceled. No kids are allowed during services- No exceptions. A 2% processing fee will be added to all Credit cards and debit cards payments. “Fit me in” “Squeeze me in” request will be charged a 25% service fee if service is provided before the start business hours, during providers lunch period, or after hours. Please note this fee will not apply in the event of a cancelation of another client and you are filling another client’s appointment. Fee only applies if provider is providing a service during a time business would be typically closed. Once request is approved and booked cancelation policy applies. Note to existing clients lash fills after 4 weeks are considered a full set. Please book lash fills according to your last date of service- No exceptions. Provider will adjust appointment if booked incorrectly. Please remove all makeup 2 hours prior to appointment. Maintenance Brazilian are reserved for existing clients only and are within 4-5 weeks of original service. Please do not book this service if you are a new client. Service provider will adjust accordingly if booked incorrectly. Parking is available in the parking structure attached to building, 1st floor 24/25 slot. Appointments after 5 pm Monday -Friday and any time on weekend parking is permitted on the lower level in the “Realty Spaces”. Services are provided by Re’nae only, although punctuality is greatly appreciated please be mindful of others and arrive at designated appointment time as each client is given the service providers undivided attention for their service needs. Early arrivals will not be serviced until appointed time. Thank you and I look forward to providing your service needs.
